My object in creating these rules was to give lots of options to the
players. I love the ability to play with many different troops. I also
added so elements like ion storms and viseroids to liven things up.
NOTE: At this time the computer only gets the special equipment if it
randomly starts with it. The AI.ini is under construction. Feel free
to write me with suggestions or requests. For those looking at this
from a mod editors view, you will find the MRJ (Mobile Radar Jammer)
in the ART.ini, it is not used at the moment. I think it would make
a good Nod Mobile Cloak Deployer.
